If you want to strike not only in-game fear, but actual mental fear of the enemy player, whenever an enemy gets feared by fiddlesticks, it makes a jumpscare of fiddlestick's face pop up on the enemy's screen for 0.5 seconds with a horrific shriek.

His point and click fear is on a basic ability and doesn't have such a long cooldown. Having this "jumpscare" showing up every single time he fears you would be obnoxious.
I like this idea...but have the jumpscare RNG'ed. Like make it random so it wont consistently show up and just be annoying. like have it roll a number 1-50 and if it hits like 45 then POW! Jumpscare! Riot can make special effects (like urgot ult) so I hope they give fiddle some love... [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]
I feel a like a better option would be instead of a jumpscare, a "bone-chilling" effect appears around the player's screen, something dark, "whispy, in an evil way" and possibly feathers? With whispers? idk
