Champion Concept: Eon, Creation Bound
Lore: Before everything, there was Mana. Mana roamed the nothingness that is itself and throughout time created worlds. Not every world was stable, but creation was a strongsuit of the Mana, finding a way to create stable worlds over time. One of these worlds were Runeterra and when Runeterra was made, it needed life. Mana was not capable of creating life itself, so the Forces of Nature helped it along, but that did not mean it did not try. While the Yordles were little more than critters and the humans of Runeterra had yet to stand on two legs, the first stable being created from Mana formed. It lived as a primitive creature, but it learned to understand other beings by studying them. It formed itself as it wished and as so, has had many forms. Now, it resembles a human, even understanding and speaking their tongue, but it is far from human. While stable enough to survive for eons, it feels empty as its body is not of flesh, leaving every day searching for a way to fix this emptiness. It entered the league under the name Eon, but its true name is not known.
Stats: Health 514 – 1874 Attack Damage 55 – 106 Health Regen 5.4 – 14.8 Attack Speed 0.625 (+0% – 23.1%) Mana 367 – 1115 Armor 21.9 – 81.4 Mana Regen 6.0 – 19.6 Magic Resist 30.0 Ranged 525 Mov. Speed 340 Eon would likely take the role of a mage in the mid-lane, though his burst potential isn't that great.
Passive: Being of Creation Manabound (Part 1): Eon is affected by Manabound. Whenever a Manabound champion uses Mana, 10% of the Mana used is given to Eon as health. Whenever a Manabound champion loses health, 10% of that health is given to Eon as Mana. Flesh of Creation (Part 2): Eon's body is one with his Mana and as so, if he runs out, he can still use his spells by paying health instead for each spell equal to the Mana-cost. The healthloss triggers Manabound. Eon only counts as out of Mana when he is on 5% or lower health with no Mana.
Q: Focussed Release (Working title) Cost: 60 Mana Cooldown: 2 seconds Recharge rate: 1 charge per 6 second, max 5 charges. Passive: Whenever Eon hits an enemy champion with a spell, Focussed Release gains half of a charge. Active: Eon pulls Mana to his arms and releases it in quick succession, casting bolts of magic in a target direction. Every 0.2 second he uses a charge and launches a missile towards the targeted destination, dealing 15/30/45/60/75 (+0.15 AP) damage each to the first enemy hit. Moving around will not change the destination initially chosen. Each cast of Focussed Release can throw a maximum of 5 bolts. If this spell is thrown during Overload, no copies of the spell uses charges, but can't throw more bolts than the original Focussed Release. Each copy also changes destination to be under the target every 0.2 second, sending each bolt in the direction of the enemy, even if he moved.
W: Creation surge Cost: 110/120/130/140/150 Mana Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Eon throws a wave of primal energy in a direction that sticks to the first champion hit, rooting the champion for 1 second and applying the debuff Manabound (Eon's first passive) for 4/5/6/7 seconds. If this spel is thrown during Overload and a target is hit by more than one Creation Surge, the root duration is increased by 1 second and the intensity of Manabound is increased by 10% (Effectively returning 20/30/40/50/60%) for each Creation Surge that hits the target.
E: Body of Flux Cost: 100 Cooldown: 45/40/35/30/25 seconds Passive: Whenever Eon is hit by a spell or kills an enemy, he regains 5/10/15/20/25 (+0.1AP) mana. If he kills an enemy champion, he regains 5 times as much. Active: Swap the percentages of Eon's health and Mana, triggering Manabound on the one lost and rendering Eon untargetable for 1 second. Will not bring Eon's health below 5%. If this spel is thrown during Overload, his health and Mana percentage counts as the highest amongst all targets, including himself.
R: Overload Toggled spell Cost: 75 Mana per second Cooldown: 50/40/30 seconds once toggled off Whenever Eon casts a spell, he will also throw a similar spell targetting each enemy champion within 400/650/900 range. Each copy of the spell also requires the Manacost of the spell to be paid.
Death Animation: Eon's body begins to fall to pieces and disappear in a blue light into the ground, leaving nothing behind but a scorched piece of ground.
I started the idea with an archmage, but he grew into this. There might still be some remnants of him being an archmage in this kit somewhere. Name, title and lore are up for change. Though they're not placeholders, I feel like they're somewhat weird and could use a change.
