[Champion kit concept] Devlin the Circus performer (unique Juggling mechanic)
A circus entertainer designed to be a support while still being a threat, although a predictable one, thanks to his W.

Passive: Entertainer - Allied champions near Devlin get a movement speed buff when Devlin's abilities hit enemy champions (Hit, because not all abilites deal damage)

Q : Bowling throw - Devlin winds up for a short while, then throws the nearest enemy in the target direction (linear skilshot), Champions are thrown half as far. The thrown enemy takes damage and is briefly slowed. If the thrown unit collides with another, they both take damage and are slowed.(The windup shows an indicator like with Decimate but smaller, and if you're inside it after he stops winding up, he throws you in the direction he chose)

W: Juggling performance - Devlin starts to juggle, applying the 'juggling' state to himself which changes his Q,W and E. While juggling he cannot attack normally, and is slowed by a fixed amount.

Juggle Q: Dangerous act - Throws all of the projectiles currently juggled in the target direction, each one dealing damage and a minor knockback

Juggle W: Stock up - Adds another item to the juggled stack, up to a maximum of 5, every stack of 'juggle' adds more damage to Q and E, but also slows his movement speed. When at 5 stacks he gains the passive 'Grand Performance' rooting him in place until he uses one of the other abilities but also protecting him from displacement and becoming unable to be interrupted by knockbacks.

Juggle E: Clown humour - Stops juggling allowing the juggled items to fall on the floor, dealing damage in small sized AOE centered on him while he gains a brief movement speed buff.//

E: Show's over - Takes a bow at the target direction, freeing himself from the crowd control that came from the enemy he bows towards, then jumps backwards a short distance. Show's over can be cast while stunned but won't initiate the jump if he fails to cleanse the stun by taking a bow at the enemy that stunned him

R: Grand entrance - Swaps places with the targeted ally, teleporting them to his old position, while he appears in a puff of smoke. Enemies caught in the smoke have their vision range reduced.
I'd gladly use some circus and juggling terminology if I knew any, if you think of any better names for the skills let me know. All feedback is appreciated.
