An idea regarding pre-game lobby?

Allow pings during the pre-game lobby. Someone picked Yi and I wanted to ping a question mark over his icon lol....but i couldn't!!

As long as the client is the main window and your cursor is over it, activate pings the same way you would in the game...you get temp muted if you use too many in a row same in the game....

Would give you a good idea of who might be a troll??? Dodge assist?
