Passive Ability * Voice Of Life * - Upon Death Kisana Will Turn Into A Spirit And Move To The Closest Allied Champion And Restore 10% Of The Champions Health. [ Or The Lowest Life Champion If In Group !

Q Ability - Sonic Voice - Kisana Screams At Her Enemy In A Cone And Causes Damage To The Enemy And Causes Them To Fear For 2 Seconds. [ Reach Is Depended On Her Ap The More Ap Kisana Has The Farther The Cone Will Reach.

W Ability - Healing Whisper - Kisana Heals Any Friendly Champ And Removes Any Debuffs On The Champ..This Has No Range And Can Cause Kisana To Save A Friend From Death Can Be Cast On The Whole Map

E Ability - Illusion Scream - Kisana Makes A Illusion Of Herself On The Map And Is Able To Control Herself To avoid Being Damaged And Decieve The Enemy.. Like A Ward Kisanas Clone Can Be Killed If An Enemy Champ Locates It.

R Ability - [ Ultimate ] - HEARING LOSS - Kisana Lets Out A Deafining Scream And Causes All Enemy Champs On The Map To Cower In Fear For 2 Seconds From The Sound Covering There Ears ! This Is Like Karthus Ult But Causes No Damage Instead Causes Fear On All Enemy Champs Giving Your Allies A Chance To Get Away Or Go In For A Kill !

That's actually a pretty cool idea. Although I think her Q and R moves are a little too alike and should have some editing done, and I like your idea for the ability. The E looks interesting but I think it'll have to be changed a bit to make it possible to use in game. But over all it's a nice design! :D

Maybe edit the moves to not all deal with a form of shouting, R is interesting but again its too similar to her Q. Maybe edit her design, if she has screaming a cutsie tree doesn't come to mind. I love her passive though, that's very unique.

Passive: 10% only? (1000hp = 100hp) could be more since it is after death, maybe 50% of her MAX HP to lowest HP ally or just heal up to 50% of max hp of lowest HP champion.

q = Cho'gath W but a fear instead of silence. Okay. w= global? give her a channel time for balance, it's so strong, like soraka's ult, without the multiheal and added CC effect removal. e = another global, this time a clone? need limits, range, duration and HP reduced R = global scream aka mega Q, but no damage

A screaming tree lady, and she looks so friendly too. i don't know, feels like it's missing something.

I actually think the design goes very well with her abilities and no other char uses their voice for a ability yet so this is def one riot shud consider esp her ult which is awesome and extremely unique

I think she have way too much presence with all of her abilities. She literally never have to take any risk to do her job, 3 of hers abilities are global, she can literally sit in her base and still be effective

Q - The fear better scale up as it level and have travel time, an AOE hard CC that last 2 second at level 1 is way to oppressive. The range amplification can't be in a support kit, people will play her mid and abuse it with their gold income. It either won't be there at all, or it need a cap with a really low ap scaling.

W - A global heal on a basic ability cannot be implemented. This ability is as strong as an ultimate, it need a really long cool down since it is global. All she need to do is use exp runes (are those thing still exist?) and sit in base for free mana and spam the heal to her entire team in the laning phase if it have anything less than a 30 second cool down. Also, there is an item that does this item 3222, seriously other champion need to spend 2100 gold to buy this item and it is very short range, Kisana basically get a better version of Mikale's Crucible for free. This ability cannot be a basic ability, it is beyond broken, you might as well just sit in base for the entire game and still effectively support your team.

E - You need to become level 9 to get the item 3363 to get vision in an area, it would be too strong if someone can ward the entire map for free so early into the game, and this ability does exactly that. This ability have to be a temporary vision, there is a reason why Ashe can only reveal an area for less than 10 second. And yours is a ward that can be place globally, even item 3363 have range and you can only get it at level 9. Once again, she can ward up the entire map without ever leaving the fountain, too oppressive, no risk-high reward.

R - A 5 man guarantee global 2 second hard CC? Too strong, she can accomplish more than any of the champion in this game with no effort. Sona and Annie have to put themselves in a meelee range, flash, ult, and land their ult to stun 3 people and their stuns only last 1.5 second for Sona and 1.75 second for Annie at level 11. Kisana just press a button from anywhere to land fears on 5 man. This ability chain too well with others AOE CC like Amumu Galio Gangplank Kennen Nunu just to name some. And there is no misplay in this either, you literally have 2 second CC for free. Once again, she can just sit in her base and have so much impact in team fight just from using her abilities globally.

I think her ult is unique and very useful she is mobile but that's her point of her character and her heal cast on whole map has a long cooldown time so she cant keep spamming it

I really like the idea but Zyra and Maokai are the personification of nature and forest, Maokai IS the forest and Zyra controls nature and plants...

I wished she was able to control animals, monsters or even making new obstacles like walls, when I see the spells, I just can imagine a Banshee
