W Ability - No Moment - Blink Can Teleport A Certain Distance Like The Ability Flash But He Will Also Vanish For 3 Seconds After The Vanish Is Active If He Is Able To Attack An Enemy Champion He Will Cause True Damage For The Amount Of AD He Has With His Next Basic Attack
E Ability - AfterVision - Blink Will Dash To An Enemy Or Ally Champion If Enemy He Will Surround The Enemy With Shadows Of Himself And If The Enemy Picks The Wrong Shadow They Will Take Damage From The Remaining Shadows If Cast On A Ally Blink Can Then Use His Shadows To Tele His Ally Away From Enemies Every Shadow He Uses To Tele Them Away Will Drain A Portion Of His Life Each Time.
Ultimate R Ability - Bloody Mary - The Screen Will Go Completely Black When Blinks Ult Is Activated His Char Portrait Will Then Teleport All Over The Map Hearing Him Say Eeyyaa ya ya ya ya yah yah RAHHHH! He Then Will Return To His Original Area And The Screen Will Fade Back In He Will Then Look Too the screen And Whisper * BLINK * If His Ult Chance Procted He Will Instantly Kill A Enemy Champion 40% Instant Kill Chance Crit Will Also Increase The Chance But Maxes Out At 50% If Blink Is Not Successful He Will Then Damage A Random Champion ...

Q had a love child of a skill. The true damage though might be too much, but maybe that's just me. Also, invi duration too long. Make it something like 2 seconds maybe? (Again, opinion. You may chose to ignore)
's ulti effect) Also, the instakill is overkill in my opinion. Why would anyone want to fight someone with an ultimate that can instakill? Make it something different like probably a teleport or something. But dont make it an instakill. I know he's an assasin, but its too OP to be honest.
