Cleric/White Mage champion with specific Revive/Armor/Magic Resist boost Ultimate?

Just a quickly summarized idea for a champion with a certain ultimate move.

The Revive is a channel that takes time (perhaps 5 seconds at level 1, 4 seconds at level 2, 3 seconds at level 3).

Those within a small circle near the ultimate channeller are healed instantly for a certain amount, and are also slowly healed for varying amounts of HP depending on the Ultimate's current level.

They are also given a significant Armor & Magic Resist boost for the duration of the channel, as long as they remain within range of the ultimate's effects.

Those outside of the smaller circle, within the range of a secondary outer circle, if they are closer to the inner circle, receive a large amount of an instant heal, their hp slowly regenerates, and they receive the Armor & Magic Resist boosts, but all of this decreases significantly as you go further away from the inner circle, towards the outer edge of the secondary circle, which is surrounding the inner circle.

The idea is that the allies have a means of defending the channeller, while they are reviving a fallen ally, giving them some chance at taking a stand against their enemies long enough for the ally to be brought back into combat.

Perhaps the more people are in the area of the ultimate, the faster the channelling finishes? Say 3 allies are at the inner circle, it could take 3.5 seconds at level 1 to finish, instead of 5. Or if 3 allies are about mid-distance in the outer circle, it might be reduced to 4.2 seconds from 5 at level 1?

Just some ideas that I think would make for some neat strategy if balanced well in-game.
