Taric Q (Heal) health spillover buff?

I was thinking assuming it's not already in place, to make Taric a little stronger, they could change it so that if Taric's health is full, or almost, his ally is healed more based on how much Taric did not need to heal himself.

Perhaps if it's too strong at a 100% conversion rate, making it 75%/50%/25% bonus based on level, or a flat % Lvl. 1-18?

That way if my ally is only slightly injured, but me heavily, I don't feel bad spending the mana to heal their little bit of damage, and this means I'm more likely to rush Q at early levels, instead of considering anything higher than Q Lvl. 2 or 3 to be a threat to my mana supply.

At this point rushing E or W is more helpful early at times after stopping at Lvl. 2 or 3 Heal, because of how mana hungry it is.

I think this health spillover mechanic would make the Q more worthwhile to cast in various situations, and feel less like a mana hog.

Topping up with my heal is no longer much of an issue if one player is heavily injured and another is not hurt much at all.

Brother I've been posting this for awhile now. Tarics ult needs to be reworked

I interpreted that title of this post as an overheal, like a shield. Any health left over from the heal is granted as a shield for X duration

Yeah, basically the goal is to in both directions make sure none of the heal is wasted.

So if my ally took a tiny bit of damage, I can heal him, and the hp he didn't get back from my heal would go to me if I've a decent amount of damage to heal at that moment.

And, if I only have a little bit of damage, and my ally a lot, whatever is left over from the heal that I would have got, but didn't because my health was filled with only part of the total, my ally would also get the extra in that case.

So it goes both ways, basically. I guess if both allies are full, it could also give a temporary shield? Might be too much of a buff if it does both.
