I don't own this artwork, I just found it online and thought it looked really cool. Now admittedly there isn't a skin with this name, but there is skin themes that could fit this, such as Mecha and Eternum at the top of my head

Yes, I main Kassadin and I'm still waiting for him to get a new skin. This skin looks nice but I'm not really a fan of it because it looks like the "Mecha Skins" and those skins are overrated but I would buy it anyways lol
This would make an awesome Mecha skin to add along with Aatrox, Kha'Zix and Malphite. His ultimate could have him using that jet engine to have new animations of teleporting, maybe he doesn't teleport at all and his animations have him fly over there instead
He will probably get a vader skin around the released of the new star wars.
