you know who needs a VU and a splash art update?

like let's be honest here guys, it's been 5 years and he still hasn't gotten any Legendary skin (worth noting that The secret agent skin was a HUGE Potential and could've been Greater than the current one, it should've been the legendary he deserves)

why xin? xin is a champion who pretty much an auto pilot champion, you straight up point and click things and just AA.

the only difference between a good xin and a bad xin is the ultimate usage (i'd mention the timing of using abilities, but that skill is needed in every champion)

and even then, i still feel like his Bonuses from ult are barely visible. and his model looks soooo old.

i'd say he needs a VU to give him more life, different animation for using his skills, to make it feel unique, your three talon strikes using different animation, Xin zhao gets into a different stance for the duration of his W, make his E looks more Attractive, other than xin just slides at an extremely high velocity (without changing the speed that is, and not making it clunchy)

the animation of his ult looks really dull, it needs to look more Alive!

P.S: iam a ware of the fact that there are much older champions, that are in a dire need of a VU. but i just looked at secret Agent xin zhao, and i just....i just felt like Sharing this.
