Elnara, The illuminated (champion concept & design idea)

Elnara - description very tall and slender with long (partially glowing) bright white hair, gold glowing eyes, pale white skin, lightly freckled face, and minor burn on her hands outfit: she wears dark leather wrappings covering her shins and feet, dark brown fabric pants, very dark green long sleeved fabric top with a tailed back that stop at the back of the knees and a light brown scarf with a touch of gold covering her mouth (i kinda don't know how to dress her i really like the wraps and scarf but everything else is meh)

marksman damage type: magic, ap scaling only resource: mana

abilities: passive - illumination: her basic attacks apply a stack of illumination (max: 5 per champion/epic monster) increases damage of her abilities by 5% per stack to affected enemy (duration 5s) consumed if hit by one of her abilities (items cant apply illumination) Q - precision shot: she fires a skill shot arrow in a line piercing up to five targets dealing 10% less damage per target if it kills a champion it's cooldown is reduced by 90%, cooldown 15-10 seconds mana cost 65-85 W - spirit arrow: she launches a single arrow at a target area after 1.5 seconds it explodes damaging enemies in its radius and illuminating the ground, illuminated ground increases allied movement speed by 20%, cooldown 20-14 seconds mana cost 70-90 E - spiritual essence: for 6 seconds she empowers her basic attacks dealing 10-50 (+45% ap) additional magic damage and recovering 5% missing mana per champion hit and 1% against non-champions, cooldown 18 seconds mana cost 75-95 R - elders might: she channels for .5 second then fires a mid range arrow that explodes at max range or contact with a enemy champion/epic monster aoe range increased by 10% per targets illumination consumed (max 50%), cooldown 120/100/80 mana cost 110

lore: she is one of the only survivor of her village of intara after noxus invaded in hopes of claiming the magic of previous intaran elders who souls are sealed in an ancient tree. She was the personal guards of the current elder, both of which were gravely wounded in the attack, refusing to let noxus have the power of their village the elder infused the power of the elder tree into elnara before flames engulfed the village and surrounding forest. when she reawakened all that remained was a long branch of the elder tree that would become her bow (as I've been working on this for 3-4 hours i'm tired i'll put a poll if you want me to write a full lore for her and not just a summary)
