Akali needs changes
i don't really want her to change but she needs them. she was my first champion i played and liked but instead of buying her i went for kat and am now a kat main, i found Akali very easy to use and quite basic in her kit but i didn't find her fun enough to main she was too easy and at the time the old runes and masteries were used and i had neither runes or very many points in masteries and i could still vaporize non-tanks and have terrifying early game presence, i haven't touched her since a week after i started back at the start of October. Now i am still kinda new to LOL but this isn't my first moba so don't immediately write me off as a dumb noob.
story time this is being written after my first game against an akali since the new masteries, i was playing kat with my mid game high damage build and akali was running something with comet. From lvl 1-5 she had start with her Q and it just sawed off health if she basic attacked me and she would only use it if she was guaranteed to, but i still tried to keep my wave farm close to her, lvl 6-me losing when she hit lvl 6 i was lvl 5 with about 10 less farm and all she had was Vampiric Scepter using her Q and R she nearly deleted me from full health to almost nothing if it wasn't for my Yi i would have died but since i had to back she took tower and by the time i got back to lane she had a 40 farm lead but at all time i had no less than a 2 lvl gap between me and her but with only my W as an escape because he R has similar range to flash going near her was death, she had always stayed at the front of her wave and since i couldn't get close to her i couldn't farm nearly as much as her and while i tried to kill her she did get really low but she killed me by the time i re-spawned she took another tower around the 8 minute mark this kept up for 3-4 minutes i'd go for farm she'd nuke me i recalled and by around 11 minute the inhibitor was taken and she had 6 kills 2-3 from me and the rest from top and jungle. none of us could get near her she only died after 4 of us ganked her and she still got 2 of us one of them was our full health tank the other was are yi the worst part was she was in a premade with the Darius so after she died and my team was low he pushed in and killed me and our Ashe, she won that game 12-2.
Now after story time i know i'm going to get she was fed and had gold lead comments but the problem started before she snowballed, the second she hit lvl 6 she had won all she had to do is Q double basic R to fleeing opponent basic (her R resets basic attacks) R again and basic and they're dead, now that does seem to be a lot but she didn't even use her W or E and still had another R charge at that point there is no escape. I'm not saying she's broken but she is a little op and i got an idea how to fix that.
Fixes: Twin Disciplines: just lower the scaling a bit Mark of the Assassin :make her Q a skill shot or remove the extra damage cause if she proc it and her passive it chunks Twilight Shroud: reduce cooldown to 12 seconds but make the max movement speed buff 40-45% Crescent Slash: make its max lvl cooldown 5 seconds and for god's sake drop its scaling, 80% bonus ad and 60% ap is insane and maybe give it slightly more range to compensate for the large damage cut Shadow Dance: i really don't know, instead of starting with all three charges make it one or rework it completely Shadow Dance rework idea: increase the range by 65%, raise the damage, instead of 3 casts turn her charges into stacks each time she she gets the bonus damage from her Q she gets one stack (max 3-5) at max stack if she hits a marked target she consumes the stacks and they are stunned for 1.5 seconds and they take 45% increased damage from her R. that's all i got for this, comment if you got an idea for this or a different idea all together.
