pool party kat, ahri, and darius

so i noticed in pool party ziggs background was a ahri in a one piece swimsuit and katarina in the pool in what looks like a two piece bikini and what looks like darius next to her, why do we not have these skins. I do know that it's winter and skins like this only come out in summer but just think about it ahri has a beach ball instead of her spirit orb and when she dies the ball deflates flying around her for a second and when she dashes it leaves a short .5 second trail of water behind her, kat has water daggers and when they expire on the ground they turn into a puddle before the model fades out and when she teleports/spins she makes a small splash at her feet, and darius has a diving board instead of an ax and uses the metal connector on the bottom to grab people. let me know your ideas cause i'm kinda out or if other champions should get pool party skins.
