Animated Icons

just a small simple idea. Why not create or go back and animate old icons? i understand some are rarer than others, so why not have rarer icons with some small animation. I personally would love to see my old school friendly player baron nashor icon animated, or even the new Tru DMG icon animated with like a wave of blue/white light pulsing.
