New Spell Idea (Collapse)

Collapse targets enemy champions, causing their vision to go almost completely dark, reducing their auto attack accuracy by **20%/30%/40% **through levels 6/9/12, vision range by 200 meters (in champion range terms) and restricting map vision for 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 250 seconds.

Collapse would be a very useful skill in a situation where you'll be ganking or dueling as it allows for you to reduce the vision range of a certain champion and their auto attack accuracy allowing you to gain the upper advantage in a 1 on 1 duel or you can use the collapse skill as a ganking method, using the vision reduction as a way for your allies to gank unknowingly.
