[Champion Concept] (WiP) Aldanash, The Iceborn King (The Forgotten King, The Eternal Watcher)

Long ago, in a time forgotten, before the Three Sisters and their fall, before the Witch, before the Queen, before the Warrior. As the fires of Civil War engulf the ice plains of Freljord, a name is spoken on the lips of the wind that sends a cold dread down the spines of even one such as Tryndamere; Aldanash. Long ago he ruled the land, an iron fist across the globe and none dared defy his will. To his family he was calm and gentle, to his subjects he was harsh but fair, and to his enemies... They dared not breath his name, for fear of his wrath. His land of Freljord was prosperous, a cradle of life. The world turned, as did the land's fortune. His enemies began to gather courage, their armies marched day and night against the King. Desperation began to grip the lands of Freljord as the fires of war consumed them for the first time. Aldanash, however, was silent. The armies moved and responded on each front in turn, pushing the enemy back, but never breaking them. And then the rumors began. Had the King fled? Had the Generals killed him and taken command? Neither had taken place, and never would. Aldanash had turned to a desperate act to save his kingdom; consulting dark magics. Corruption began seeping into the King's mind, changing his thoughts and actions on a daily basis. As his enemies finally surged across the border and towards the heart of his Kingdom, Aldanash committed a crime unforgivable to any and all, but would be forgotten almost as quickly as it happened. Aldanash destroyed his kingdom. Dark magics consumed him, unleashing a power not seen on Runeterra since it's inception. Frigid winds swept down from the mountains, bringing snow and arctic temperatures, bringing death to all. In just a week's time, Freljord and much of Valoran was frozen and buried under an unknown amount of snow. Aldanash, meanwhile, survived, the Dark Magics corrupting his body, his skin becoming ice blue, his hair whiter than the snows that now lay upon his kingdom. And to make matters worse for the King... He was dying but could not die. The magics he had unleashed had both cursed and gifted his body. The pain of his body decaying and dying and the curse of immortality. Sanity, however, was the second curse the magics brought to him. With the magics no longer clouding his mind, grief overtook the King, and he fled to the mountains in the far North of his kingdom. Here he found a cavern that descended far under the mountains, down to it's roots. As Aldanash reached the end of his journey, his new found power began to corrupt the area around him, creating a room that closely resembled his won throne room, his throne included. Taking a seat upon his icey throne, Aldanash concentrated... Upon sealing himself within... With Black Ice.
Aldanash was soon forgotten, his legacy in tatters, his kingdom in ruins, his enemies struggling to survive. His name was cursed, and by those who devoted themselves to the darkness, praised. Many came, seeking him to try and bring him back to the world to become 'The immortal King'. None returned. Instead, Aldanash's magics changed them and bent them to his will. The Watchers were born.
Time went on, and Aldanash saw all that occurred in the world. Through his magics, and through the eyes of his Watchers. He saw the slow death of his Iceborn race, a proud race, and their slow extinction infuriated him. He watched Lissandra with curiosity, wondering why she did not just wipe out Sejuani and the upstart queen, Ashe. She had the power, and with the troll king, Trundle, the army to crush any underfoot. Slowly, Aldanash learned Lissandra's true intent; a world wide ice age. He would not stand for it. He would not allow one of his own race to destroy the world a second time. He decided his future; to be the enemy of all. He would be their enemy to prevent their 'ideals' from taking hold permanently in the world. He would bring a true 'Ice Age' to the world, and force them to unite, force his people to reunite to defend their homes.
With his dark magics reawakened, the Watchers returned to their King's side, as did the dead. Tearing their souls away from the grasp of beings such as Thresh, Aldanash took back his people, and his former enemies... And then he awoke. The icey throne shattering, and the mountain trembling as the Forgotten King returned to the world for war.
Across Runeterra, a chill crept down the spines of it's denizens, from the lowest to the highest, all felt his return, and all could feel the dread that this feeling would bring. For war was coming, and Runeterra would never be the same.
The Iceborn King has come.

Abilities
Passive:** Shards of the Throne** Shards of Aldanash's throne are generated by kills on enemy champions, which generate one shard per kill or assist. Each shard provides +1.0 Armor and +0.5 Magic Resist per shard collected. Upon collecting ten shards Aldanash's attacks provide a -10 Movement Speed debuff to enemy champions and minions. Killing Baron or Dragon also provides a shard for Aldanash.
Q (First Ability) -------- Range: 300/310/320/330/340 Cost: 40/45/45/50/55 Cooldown: 12/10/8/6/4 (not affected by CD Reduction) Aldanash raises his hammer to the skies and gathers his frozen magics around it's head. Aldanash then slams the hammer down in front of him, creating a frozen vortex in front of him. This vortex slows and damages enemies in it's path with decreasing effects as max range. W (Second Ability) Shell of Freljord Range: 350 Cost: 90/100/110/120/130 Cooldown: 18/18/17/17/16 Gathering his frozen magics, Aldanash can cast it upon either himself (+5% Bonus to stats gained) or an ally (-5% Move Speed to ally), creating a frozen shield around them, granting bonus armor, magic resist and a barrier to protect them. E (Third Ability) Frozen Rush Range: 250 Cost: 120/130/140/150/160 Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/10 Dash Speed: 1450 Pulling his hammer back to his left Aldanash imbues himself in a visible aura of dark magic, and then rushes forward, using the magic to increase his speed for the distance of the dash, finishing the with a mighty swing of his hammer. The dash knocks aside friend and foe alike. All that are struck by the dash are staggered for 50% movespeed for 0.5 seconds.

W aside from the shield add on
's mana pool and decrease the cost of the W and the E as well as increase the damage on the Q and, since he is the Iceborn king and slowing movement speed is his thing, increase the movement speed debuff on the Q
