Trixty, the Hextech Engineer
Wanted to get this champion concept out to further some ideas in making more female Yordles who aren't too nutty but keep the idea still there, so I give you Trixty!
Having moved her lab to Piltover, Trixty has seen various inventions by her fellow Yordles get to a point where they become well known beyond the city itself to being actively sought out by various nations looking for a leg up. Seeing herself as the next big deal, she has actively sought an audience with Viktor to offer her services to in hopes of becoming his right hand. Normally most Yordles seem happy and excitable but Trixty sees that in order to be taken seriously she may have to do questionable actions...
Design: Female Yordle, Large Ponytail (emphasis on design), dresses scientist-like to make her appear more 'serious', always wears a large backpack and wields two guns with tubes leading into the backpack, a floating orb above her for her W.
Role: AP Damage Over Time Mage, short-ranged lightning attack for basic attacks. (Energy Based)
Passive: Frostfire Hexplosive - Applying all three of Trixty's debuffs to a target activates a fourth debuff, Frostfire Hexsplosive. Frostfire Hexsplosive ticks down from 4/3/2 seconds to spread to other nearby targets in an AOE with a refreshed duration with the original target immune to the Hexplosive debuff for 14/12/10 seconds. (
- Triggered... ) (All debuffs from Q, W, and E, scale with Ult only, not with the individual spells.)
Q: Hextech Flamethrower Firing from her right gun, a concentrated cone of fire damage that applies burn damage over time. (Skillshot, locked in direction for duration similar to Lucian's ult) (Hexburn, applies a damage over time burn for 4/6/8 seconds)
W: Hextech Boltblaster Firing from just above her in a straight line, a concentrated bolt of lightning cause moderate damage. (Skillshot, .5s to fire but long range) (Hexshock, a 4/6/8s debuff that is mainly there for passive activation requirement)
E: Hextech Frostwave Firing from her left hand, a large, concentrated cone of frost freeze covers a large area in a short range, slowing targets within the channeled cone and weak damage. (Skillshot-ish, similar to Rumble Q) (Hexfreeze, applies a weak damage over time debuff for 4/6/8s)
R: Hextech Goliath (10/14/18s) (CD: 3/2.5/2m + (1m/45s/30s)*) Trixty's backpack grows in size that she quickly jumps inside to emerge in a large HexGoliath suit that modifies her abilities temporarily and grants a rapidly regenerating shield. (500/1000/1500)
While inside of the Goliath, the following abilities replace her previous spells...
Q: HexCannon - Launches a massive missile at a targeted area that slowly expands but increases in damage. (Similar to a Nautilus E) (Applies Hexburn)
W: HexBeam - Charges for 0.5s to launch a beam in a targeted direction that stuns for 1s all targets hit. (Width similar to Lux Ult but half the range) (Applies Hexshock)
E: HexFreeze (Passive during Ult) - Slows all enemies around Ult-Trixty in an AOE slow that remains active during the duration of the Ult. (Applies Hexfreeze)
R: Hex-Escape! - Reactivating this ability allows Trixty a chance to quickly escape by ejecting herself from the HexGoliath, leaving it behind to explode in a large AOE that immediately applies a fresh stack of Frostfire Hexplosive to all caught in the blast radius. However in doing so will modify the cooldown with a penalty and put all of Trixty's abilities on a 8s cooldown/lockout that can't be lowered via cooldown reduction. If you do not activate the Escape mechanic the Goliath returns to the backpack state and no penalties are applied. The Regenerating shield's HP boost is immediately lost at the end of the duration. (Tristana W for the escape ability that leaves the Goliath behind to pull a D.Va-esque explosion.)

I pulled quite a few ideas from various characters in League, a smidge from Overwatch, but additionally a design similar to Priscilla from Star Ocean whom I fell in love with as a young, impressionable character that utilized more brain power and spells instead of just up front damage. The main goal is that Brand's play style is very similar but he can do a lot from range and let his passive do a lot of work for him. Trixty's style keeps her at range initially but when he Ult is available it gives her a chance to utilize the bigger character model plus regenerating shield to get into the thick of things and add a bit more reward to risk as the goal is to apply her passive to as many targets as you can so your team can follow up but also keep her toned down that if the fight turns south it literally turns into a RUN scenario after you are forced to use Escape!
Of course the numbers are very, VERY poor but it was the initial idea of cooldowns and allowing you a chance to reactivate the Ult for an escape but also penalize her if she needs to use it.
Hopefully this does sound like an interesting and fun champion so I look forward to your thoughts on the design and abilities.
