If Skaarl was an independent champion:

Passive: Drakalops Skaarl is a part of the mighty Drakalops. Therefore, Skaarl is immune to all physical damage for 2 seconds after casting an ability. Cooldown: 20 throughout the game, each ability that hits an enemy champion would reduce this cooldown by 10 seconds. Using Q reduces this cooldown by 5 seconds instead of 10.

Q: Vicious Claw- Cooldown: 10/9/7/5/3 Deal 60/70/80/90/100% of bonus AD + 50/60/70/80/90 base. This ability applies on-hit effects but cannot critically strike. Skillshot.

W: Lizard Leap- Cooldown: 13 Skaarl majestically leaps into battle, dealing 50% of her bonus ad in an area upon landing. When she lizard leaps, Skaarl also briefly gains immunity to crowd control for 1 second. However, this is a targeted ability that can be only used on enemy champions. So no, you cannot majestically leap back under turret range upon getting ganked. Upon landing, Skaarl slows all enemies hit by 50% for 1 second

E: The Mighty One- Cooldown: 9 Skaarl raises her ears. This effect fears all nearby enemies in a cone for .5 seconds, and for 4 seconds after casting this ability, Skaarl gains a shield for 70% of her bonus AD and 10% Bonus Health.

R: Induced Courage- Cooldown: 160/100/70 Skaarl rallies nearby allies, giving them each 10/20/30% of Skaarl's Bonus AD. All nearby enemies instantly lose 10% of AD and AP. This lasts 5 seconds total, reduced by .5 seconds each time (enemies and allies) damage is taken. Skaarl also deals 5% of each nearby ally's Bonus AD and AP as magic damage.

I vision skaarl as a top laner that would build like a bruiser, being able to trade easily with w-aa-e-q-aa. In the late game, she would play somewhat like an engage/supporting champion. She'd be a threat to the backline, but if she dives in to the backline, her ultimate range would not be enough to cover her carries. The player is faced with a choice: Dive their backline and debuff it or buff their own.
