Well, Zac is getting a chroma pack and a new skin at the same time, so who knows.
They said at the beginning that Chromas won't interfere with skin releases. Look at Zac, he's literally getting a Chroma and new skin at the same time.
That, and Zac's skin was probably finished long before this summer. Hell, it was probably done near the beginning of winter, but they had to wait until the proper time for the skin was ready.
