Twisted Fate 950RP+ Skins could do with some ability VFX.

I have several skins for Twisted Fate, including the 1850RP Legendary "The Magnificent Twisted Fate", can't TF get some VFX loving for these skins? You've partially done this for the Cutpurse TF skin but I dont have it and I prefer other skins. How about making my money spent a little more worth? :P

High noon has a changed particle effect on his Q. They look like normal cards just colored red, blue, or yellow.

Pretty sure that outside Mag TF and High Noon, all his other skins are below 950RP...
