We could do with a "3, 2, 1" countdown ping for communication in solo queue.

Think of a gank from a jungler/mid laner, for example, and they're waiting in the brush for a good moment, perhaps a 3, 2, 1 countdown ping would help going in at the same time and chaining CC better.

I could see this being good, but at some point you won't be able to say "three seconds from now will be a good chance." At some point you and your team will have to watch for that half second moment when the crowd shifts and you have your green light.

As much of a pain as it can be sometimes, communicating with your team about what to look for before fights is the best way I think. Make sure everyone is on the same page about what to go on and then have faith that they will be there with you when you commit on it

A countdown with fixed time wouldn't work unless it's like half a second. Any more time and the movement of your opponents are too unpredictable. What happens if they start running away that last second? You still hold ground or do you go for it immediately?

Something that might work (but still difficulties using it in practice) is a button that you hold, giving a "wait" signal and once you release it says something like "go", similar to a commander saying "hold" and "fire" without a fixed amount of time in between. For this to work, there has to be a way to call off the attack. Sometimes you're just like "wait for signal" and then "nvm".

Or in a teamfight with an Ori or something.
