If nothing else, creating a skin that allows Darius to whack a baby in the face with an axe while it blows bubbles at him sets an interesting precedent for future skin releases.
If this skin got released, I wouldn't be able to give Rito my money fast enough.

Why is his shield a rainbow? Be cuter if it was a kite or something else. Also wouldnt it be dangerous to be running around with a kid on your back in summer rift? Rengar might eat the baby
wouldn't i be killing that baby when ever i killed singed...
In order for Riot to have a kid in the game they could have the kid run out and punch singed in the nuts and he goes down for death animation, like every little kid at some point in there lives probably did unknowingly (or on purpose).
