#Fighter - Blaz, the Brash Brawler

_"DING DING DING! Lights out." _

Equipped with a pair of stolen prototype Hextech boxing gloves, Blaz isn't necessarily the most "moral" hero. Not all heroes take the high road however, Blaz fights for the people around him.

This is just a concept whipped up in 5 minutes, but I'm sure you can imagine the skill damage scaling on your own.

Blaz is a young man about the same age as Ekko for comparisons sake. His gloves are lightweight, but hit like a truck. They can even grow in size.

#BASE STATS:

HEALTH: 590 (+ 84) HEALTH REGEN: 9 (+ 0.9) ATTACK DAMAGE: 63 (+ 3.5) ATTACK SPEED: 0.625 (+ 2.5%) MANA: 300 (+ 45) MANA REGEN: 8 (+ 0.65) ARMOR: 30 (+ 3.5) MAGIC RESIST: 32 (+ 1.25) MOVE SPEED: 335 RANGE: 130

#**Passive - **Hextech Gloves - "Using innovative Hextechnology, these gloves are lightweight, but hit hard."

  • Every 3 basic attacks, [Fatigue] is applied to the opponent until they are out of combat. [Fatigue] allows Blaz to ignore 10% of the inflicted enemy's armor with all of his skills; Additionally, [Fatigue] drains 2% of the inflicted enemy's max mana/energy per second.

#Q - The 'ol 1 2

  • Launches 2 quick punches in a skillshot. When the punches hit an enemy unit, They are stunned for .5 seconds; Additionally, nearby enemy units take half damage from the resulting pressure. (Imagine Xayah Q meets Vi's E for this one. Scaled down of course.)

#W - Hextech Right Hook

  • In his next basic attack, Blaz's glove increases in size and deals a heavy blow to the enemy champion Upon hit, the enemy champion is stunned for 1 second and takes bonus damage.

                  (This basic attack counts towards Blaz's passive)
    

#E - Pumped up

  • Blaz pumps himself up: increasing his armor, attack speed, and movement speed by 25% for 3 seconds. (Lazy skill concept, but has utility with his passive)

#R - Hextech Flurry

  • Blaz launches a barrage of enlarged punches in a cone in front of him for 3 seconds. Enemies in the cone are slowed by 25% and take physical damage per .5 seconds. [Fatigued_] enemies take 25% more damage from each hit.

(He can move, but only activate summoner spells during this time.) (_can be cancelled after 1.5 seconds.)

(There were many different ideas I could have gone for with the ult, but I feel this one is the most practical and original.)

I think that his concept is too close to Vi.

Both have the punching theme, both use hextech gauntlets.
