Top has been a problem for a while...

Passive play is okay, but there's a problem when top lane is a snooze fest farmville simulator rather than a brawl. Two fighter champions can face off, there will be no scrapping whatsoever. Additionally, someone who rushes ninja tabi shouldn't out damage someone who builds damage. That's asinine. I understand why, but stacking armor shouldn't be such an easy route to take towards winning a lane.
