Champion Summoner Icons and more Traditional skins?

In many other MOBA games, there is an opportunity to buy a player icon with their favorite hero on it. I think this concept would do well in league because every player has a main or just a favorite champion; There is also the issue of IP piling up for many people. I think adding something like this and selling them for IP would solve the problem. The images are already made after all.

Also, as a Heimerdinger main, I've been missing the classic Heimer look. Could we one day see more traditional skins show up?
