Malapet, The Symbol Of Kreasi

Malapet was born in the lands of Shurima, but due to brief contact with a strage black plague he was declared dead. As the disease made it's way through his body, however, it suddenly froze. It was still there, and continues to haunt him to this day, yet it won't let him die. While it wasn't spreading, the citizens of the land feared him and, as such, banished him to the deserts. It was only when he escaped that he found out the truth... It wasn't that the disease cursed him; rather, something else was responsible. While the rest of his flesh was in a state of decay, there was a large mildly illuminating mark on his chest, one he didn't recognize either. In his search for answers, Malapet encountered Rammus. Though brief, their talk was able to clear up enough about what was going on. He was bound to the soul of an ancient demigod named Kreasi, one who had ascended long before the time of Renekton or Nasus and perished in much the same way. This mark kept him alive despite the disease, likely due to the powers associated with the strange being. And man, were those powers bizarre. Over the course of many years, Malapet was able to discover everything the ability let him do. Unfortunately, nothing he was able to do could purge the foul plague from his flesh. In search of a cure, he sought after the most intelligent and cunning doctors known to both man and yordle. Despite their less than reputable personalities and crimes, Malapet joined the league to contact both Viktor and Singed in hopes of burning, cutting, or poisoning the plague from his body. He could always heal from such things, after all.

I don't have his stats, but he'd likely be a regen based tank or lifesteal based bruiser to make the most out of his passive and Q.

Passive: Mark Of An Ancient Being - Whenever Malapet would drop below 1 HP and he is above 40-20 HP, the mark puts him at 1 HP instead. This effect can only trigger once per ability or auto attack. Damage over time effects put him at 5 HP instead. This ability does effect true damage DoT's, but not burst effects. Additionally, Malapet's secondary bar is a 200 strong energy bar that naturally regens at 1 per second per level +7.

Q: Self Dominion - Malapet takes control of his internal bodily functions to overclock himself, gaining 100% increased self-healing, 20/27.5/35/42.5/50% increased attack speed, and 40/55/70/85/100 movement speed for 4 seconds. Once this ability ends, Malapet's loses base HP regeneration, has 40/35/30/25/20% reduced attack speed, and 20/15/10/5/0 reduced movement speed for 2 seconds. 12 second cooldown and 120 energy cost. Tenacity shortens the drawback timer.

W: Grasp Of The Dying - Malapet sacrifices his own well-being to the mark, taking 8% of his max HP in damage (will not work below 10% max HP) but buffing the returned HP values to 8 and 15 respectively for 2 seconds. During this time, if Malapet hits an enemy champion or summoned minion, they take the sacrificed HP in bonus physical damage. 8/7/6/5/4 second cooldown and 30 energy cost. This ability does not reset auto attack timers unless Rite Of Kreasi is active.

E: Touch Of Death - Malapet intentionally spreads the plague to an enemy champion, reducing their movement speed, attack speed, and cooldown reduction by 10/15/20/25/30% for 2.5 seconds, the effect growing by 1% per champion level over the duration. (The effects of cooldown reduction are reduced by that much, to be clear.) 250 range targeted ability. If the target dies, all units within 250 units are hit with the plague as well. The spread can affect not champion units. Units cannot be affected by the same cast of Touch Of Death multiple times. 22/21/20/19/18 second cooldown, reduced by 2 seconds every time an affected unit dies. 80/90/100/110/120 energy cost.

R: Rite Of Kreasi - Malapet invokes an ancient ritual, channeling for 2 seconds. When the channel ends, Malapet has transformed into the ancient demigod Kreasi for 9/12/15 seconds. He gains the effects of his Q over the duration, doubles energy regeneration, and no longer has a cooldown on Grasp Of The Dying. Additionally, any lifesteal applies to the bonus damage dealt by his W. During this time, Malapet's passive and E are unavailable and Malapet takes an additional 50/40/30% damage. Once this ability ends, Malapet loses his passive and has a continuous applicated of the drawback of his Q, if it's not active, for 10 seconds. 120/90/60 second cooldown and no energy cost.

just my 2 cents. most of the time energy costs start high and wind down with level and i don't like how he can't complete a full rotation. passive seems really weak especially in a teamfight. i can see how it would be useful just not liking it. Q: like it. W: returned hp values? E: don't like the idea of reducing cooldown in addition to the other debuffs R: it works. Overall this dude feels too similar to trundle for my liking.
