This is just a kit since I am having trouble coming up with stats for the guy.

Kenja is supposed to become a new kind of tank, one who synergizes well with items like Righteous Glory. As far as I can tell, mana items on tanks (Besides item 3025 ) have become essentially taboo. I hope to revoke that.

Passive: Soul Barrier - 25% of damage is applied to Kenja's MP bar instead of HP. If Kenja has insufficient MP, the damage is dealt to HP as normal. If Kenja's HP would drop to 0, excess damage is dealt to his MP bar instead unless it is below 50%.

Q: Aura - Kenja gains 6/7/8/9/10% increased HP and MP. Actively the HP bonus is converted to Armor and the MP bonus to Magic Resist for 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 seconds. Current HP and MP is maintained on both transitions.

W: Reaver - On his next auto attack Kenja steals 4/6/8/10/12% of the targets current mana, splitting it evenly between all allied champions with mana bars within 300 units. Champions without mana hit by this ability instead take 8/9/10/11/12% max HP physical damage.

E: Langit - Kenja enters a trance, rooting himself and place and starting a channel. Allies within 300 units of Kenja during this ability deal 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% of Kenja's current MP in physical damage when applying single target damage and drain 1% of Kenja's max MP. While the trance does not have a duration, it will end if he dies, he drops below 25% max MP, or he is disabled in a way besides snares/roots.

R: Aureola - Kenja converts his entire MP bar in max HP for 12 seconds. During this time, any instances of MP in his abilities is instead replaced with HP. Additionally, any source of MP regen or increase is instead applies to his HP bar. When the ability ends, the same ratio of HP to MP as when he started is put in place with his current HP as the total value.

Hmm... The thing is, without lore, it's very hard to make a solid concept. Is lore necessary? Technically, no. Does it help a massive amount in making a design more fun, and does it provide an enormous source of inspiration to work with? That it does, on both counts. You don't "need" lore, but trust me, it'll make things a ton easier with it around. The kit looks pretty standard, but I really can't judge it because there is not much to this.
