Inez, The Banshee Queen
**Inez is not a champion, She is a chosen. She is of my design for a fan fiction I have created "Chosen of Estria." Chosen of Estria has its own stories, planets, universe, etc. **

LORE: Inez held a high position in the church, being the Wife of Nazul, the original high priest, she held a lot of power. But Inez got into an unholy practice, she dabbled into what was considered mysticism or witchery. She held meetings with the dead to hear their cry on how they died and to solve murders within the church. She justified it to herself but she truly knew that it was an evil practice so she always held it from Nazul. Inez was performing a ritual with a family within the church but this was unlike any other ritual she had ever performed. The spirit was angry and rattled the house, Nazul sensed something at church and ran back to the house. The house was possessed and he could not rend the house of this spirit, it was too strong. The spirit was a young girl, she was abused by her family, her family wanted to apologize for her evil deeds but she wanted revenge. Inez kept pleading with the spirit to leave, that the family had sinned against her but that doesn't mean she needs to take revenge. But the spirit insisted, Nazul got the family out and Inez stayed behind to reason with the young spirit. She could not tame the spirit and the spirit took her life.
The house grew calm inside and Nazul walked back in to find the spirit gone, but his beloved wife dead. He mourned for many months and prayed to his god Maria to revive her, but she would not because Inez dabbled in foul things. Nazul looked for other means to resurrect his wife and he found them in the elder scrolls. He performed the ritual, denied his faith, and opened the rift in the city of Old Revolae releasing Rift-Walkers onto the planet. Nazul and Inez were taken to the Arcane prison to be held by the gatekeeper Dorindell that could negate their magics. Nazul and Inez are forced to fight in the games as punishment and for their unique abilities granted by the Elder scrolls; Nazul his ability to raise the dead and summon creatures from the scrolls, and Inez her abilities to interact with the dead.

Passive: Ethereal Body Inez can pass through minions and champions increasing her Movement speed by X% stacking up to X times and slowing enemy champions by X%
Q: Ethereal Bolt Passive: reduces damage from minions by 4/6/8/10/12 Active: Inez shoots an Ethereal bolt that passes through minions until it hits a champion or reaches the end of its destination dealing X damage in a small area Cooldown: 7 seconds
W: Call Of Banshees Inez calls on the spirits releasing them in a cone in front of her dealing X damage, she can reactivate it at anytime to teleport and become stealthed for 1.5 seconds Cooldown: 14 seconds
E: Banshee Wail Inez lets out a terrible scream dealing Damage to nearby enemies and making them have a feared condition Cooldown: 10 seconds
R: Duplicate Passive: Auto Attacks deal X magic damage on hit Active: Inez Duplicates her Ethereal body into many in a circle around an area, those trapped inside cannot get out until one banshee is removed. Only one of the banshees are the Actual Inez and does damage, all of the duplicates perform auto attacks and perform "Banshee Wail" and "Ethereal Bolt" but they deal no damage. Inez may reactivate this to move her position within the circle of duplicates. Using "Call of Banshees" Will also switch her position. Cooldown to switch positions: 4 seconds Cooldown: 120 seconds Note: Duplicate is a deceitful juking ultimate that deals 0 damage besides the passive. It has a trapping mechanism that can be destroyed by destroying a clone. Note that the health of a duplicate never changes, so if Inez swaps herself with the clone that an enemy is attacking they will know it is not the same one.
