In the teaser on Facebook for the new Star Guardian skins, we see them battling Dark Star Kha'Zix so Star Guardians are enemies of Dark Star.

So Urgot is now seeking vengeance on the Star Guardians for rejecting him. (Also it fits thematically so it isn't just for the memes like Star Guardian Urgot is)

Those are the PvE enemies on the Star Guardian map/game mode.
