Let's go straight into his kit

Passive: - Wind of Change - While walking Yasuo gains a charge - [ The maximum charge is 100% ] [This ability will be balanced by riot due to the many items that give you speed] When the charge is 100% he then gains a free tornado on his Q

This way Yasuo will not try to gain a tornado through minions when a teamfight breaks out. I think it will be a good idea

*Note -Yasuo will gain 15% more critical strike

Passive: When yasuo cast his Tornado he then after 1-2 seconds gainst a shield - This way when he engages somebody he will have a proper defense.

Q - Enchanced Breath - Yasuo strikes with his katana 1 time forming an / - The hitbox will be alot larger compared to the old ability and you will never miss. You will get 5,5 seconds to cast your Q

W - Wind Wall - Yasuo will create a wall of wind that blocks any projectiles for the next 2,5 - The duration of this ability will be lowered down but the cooldown too

E - Sweeping Blade - It's pretty much the same ability but now Yasuo will gain 2% increased magic resist and armor up to 6% while dashing trough minions. Every time you dash your defenses go up

  • Your E also decreases your time for your tornado New* - When you dash more than 4 times Yasuo will gain a shield - The cooldown of this ability is 15 seconds

R - Final Blow - Some of the things in this ability will remain unchanged but with a few extras - After Yasuo completes his ultimate he will gain +15 movement speed - Animaton (The wind will surround yasuo's body like he is empowered by it) The armor penetration will be lowered from 50% to 45%

Yasuo rework;

Passive - Gain crit equal to enemy team allchat text. Upon hitting 0/10/0, gain 2x damage.

Q - Removed the first 2 Qs. Found them to not be as fun.

W - Made it more fair; no longer blocks attacks from units ontop of the wall. Now shields in 360 degrees.

E - Removed the CD or something. We found yasuo players couldnt hit their 0/10/0 powerspike if their mobility was on CD.

R - Same as before.

Honestly I would like to see the crit should be removed and more emphasis on his shield would be cooler. Like

version 1: "Yasuo gains a shield upon taking damage, upon shield breaking or expiring he can immediately cast a tornado."

version 2: "Yasuo gains a shield upon taking damage, upon shield breaking or expiring knock back nearby enemy champions. "

Its like a countermove that breaks the enemies tempo, allowing yasuo a chance to fight back.

His q is like... The most fun and iconic aspect of his kit and you turned it into a statcheck. Then you lowered his defensive tools cooldown and gave him a bunch more free stats. This pulls all the fun and skill out of the champion without fixing any of the things people hate about him. Now he automatically gets the shield when he needs it to block damage, removing enemy ability to counter it. And he gets tank stats for dashing to fight his opponent, hurtinf their ability to trade. His q is now just free damage and the tornado not being bound to it means he doesn't push lane to try and fight and can constantly zone. Lower cooldown windwall means that the thing he often used it for (blocking a big skillshot) will happen more often.

All this has done is turn him into a discount tryndamere with most of his mechanical outplay potential instead being moved to having bigger numbers than his foe.
