Narod The Manbacionian
#Hi guys! First champion concept ever... I think... My memory isn't that good. Big read If your not in the mood it's simply a heavy buffing champion that is meant to tank/buff. Is heavy on move speed. Uses gold as a resource, along with some special perks.
Stamina-Unique Resource Stamina represents the speed of Narod Stamina will regain up to 100 at 10 per second however the bar goes up to 200 the stamina level is the % of his speed he is moving at. IE at 50 stamina he moves at half speed, at 200 he would be going at 200% speed. Upon bypassing 100 Narod begins losing stamina at the rate of 10 per second until he is at 100 stamina or lower. Stamina doesn't regain while Narod is moving.
Passive
* Unexperienced Shopper- Narod can choose up to 6 items to "carry with him"each time he goes to spawn. The 6 items can be stacked without penalty IE 5 health pots would be counted as 1 item. These items can be bought by nearby allies from boris at a price that is 50%/40%/30%/20%/10%/0% (Scaling by level 1/3/5/8/11/16) higher then the shop. Boris is given 50% of actual price of the item. So health pots sold at level 1 for 75 gold would give boris 25 gold.

Unexperienced Warrior- Narod is NOT a warrior and hence scales worse with all AD and AP stats. Scaling at 60%. So a 100 AP item would give Narod 60 ap. He also scales with all armor/mr stats at 70% However Narod IS used to being on the run & harassed by bad shoppers, and hence scales 15% better with move speed.

Scavenger- Each enemy who dies whithin 1000 units of Narod drops "scavenge" that lasts for 5 seconds this scavenge value is 30% of the value if it was a minion. If a champion dies anywhere on the map Narod has until the body disappears to "scavenge it. Simply put it's thresh souls only with gold. The scavenge mechanic does work IF a minion was killed by Narod.

This gives him however much gold the champion was holding up to 100/200/300/500 at levels 1/3/6/9 (Ie if a cait had 1000 gold Narod takes 500 gold but cait loses none) Scavenging lasts for up to 5 seconds and takes .5 seconds to cancel. Each second he gains 100 gold unless the target of the scavenge does not have that amount. Narod can only get up to ONE scavenge attempt per enemy death (So you can scavenge cait but you cannot scavenger her again until she dies again, it does not matter if the scavenge ended early)

However in return he loses 50% of his gold upon death.
#Q- Self brewed potions Narod brews his own potions, but they arn't free! At the cost of 250/200/150/100/50 gold & 90/80/50/40/40 Stamina Narod brews a potion. This has a gimic similar to a TF card, in which Narod chooses a potion to brew with a second cast. CD is 10/8/4/2/1 After choosing the brewing lasts for 5/4/3/2/1 seconds and then is a targeted ability towards an ally. Narod can brew Health Potions & (BELIVE IT OR NOT) Mana potions, and Failures at level 1.

Health potions scale at 50/70/100/150/200 HP regained over 15/13/10/5/3 seconds. Returns 0/30/70/110/200 gold if chosen.

Mana potions (THEY WILL NOT DIE) scale at 30/50/70/100/150 mana regained over 15/13/10/5/3 seconds. Returns 0/30/60/90/150 gold if chosen. Would be a waste on the shopkeeper tho.

Failures can be targeted an an enemy champion and is an AOE ability, this potion does 35/70/135/200/250 TRUE damage instantly along with 5/10/15/20% of their current hp in magic damage as a DOT over 10/8/5/3/2 seconds.

At the second, third, fourth, and firth levels new potions are added. Those potions added are Flask, Corrupting, AD/AP, and speed potions correspondingly.

Flask returns NA/35/50/75/100 hp along with NA/25/35/50/75 mana. Returns NA/0/25/50/125 gold if chosen.

Corrupting returns NA/NA/45/70/90 hp along with NA/NA/30/40/60 mana along with giving the ally NA/NA/10/20/30 DOT on their aa's 3 seconds at all levels. This is non stackable. (The DOT and the potion's DOT effects a new potion will only reset it)

AD/AD pot Gives an ally NA/NA/NA/15/25 AD for 10 seconds at all levels. Along with NA/NA/NA/20/30 AP Non-Stackable

Speed potions gives an ally NA/NA/NA/NA/50 speed that increases to 100 when out of combat along with a 10% speed boost for 30 seconds that is reduced by 15 seconds upon entering combat. Upon entering combat the out of combat bonus is lost permanently.
NOTE AP/AD pots also have the 60% effect when used upon Narod due to his lack of ability to fight.
Wow Long first ability eh? Another note, the duration raito for the pots at each level scale like this in the corresponding order Health/Mana/Failures/Flask/Corrupting/AD/AP/Speed
Level 1 50/30/20/NA/NA/NA/NA/NA Level 2 40/30/20/10/NA/NA/NA/NA Level 3 30/30/20/10/10/NA/NA/NA Level 4 20/20/20/10/10/10/10/NA Level 5 15/15/15/10/10/15/15/5
The overall time the choose time lasts is 5 seconds but the rotations all occur in 2.5 seconds.

Costs Narod 75/150/225/300/350 gold per level.

Narod gains stamina every second. He gains 5/10/20/30/40

stamina per second for 7 seconds.

Each second he drops a random "item" these items dropped are similar to a singed path but do not disappear until either Narod walks over them or 3 seconds after an opponent steps over them. Minions are not harmed by this trail but can still help it despawn.

This item path does 700/750/800/900/1000 - (2 times his speed without buffs (IE movement speed from just the items and base movement speed)+150% ap) per 500 units walked on (Damage is dished out each 100 units) and slows the opponent by 30/40/50/60/80% +(ap/50)%

However each 500 units a voucher can be found (See passive) The CD is 50/45/40/30/20 Timer starts when the ability is activated.

If Narod walks back over his item trail the trail disappears and he is returned 2/2/3/3/4 gold each 100 units.

This trail cannot be stacked
#E- Take a smoke Narod smokes, but the brand he uses is a bit special (Also Graves interaction plox) (Lul)
- Narod Shares a smoke with an ally increasing their armor & MR by his AD and AP correspondingly. At a scale of 10/20/40/70/100 % There is NO bace amount.
- This lasts for 10 seconds
- This ability makes unable to move for 3/3/2/2/1 seconds but gives him a heightened stamina regain for 20 per second for 5 seconds. (Or 10 per second while moving) (or if non moving 10 per second if going above 100) *This is on a cd of 30/25/20/15/10 (CD Timer starts when it ends)

Creates a zone 2/3 the size of gangplanks, his stamina is instantly pushed to 200 and then he loses doubling amounts of stamina per second starting at 5.

In this area all stats of allies are increased by 25/30/35% of Narod's at a cd of 200/180/140. CD starts when it ends.

- All opponents items stats are reduced by 13/14/15% for as long as Nador "channels" this once takes 5 seconds of prep in which it gives him 20 stamina each second
- Then it proceeds to cost him for 10/5/3 * 2^(duration in seconds -1). *So 10 stamina for the first second 20 for the second 40 for the third and so on.

##LORE: The world's not a nice place, especially if you don't have the coin for it. Found in an alleyway and raised by childless merchants Norad's life was just a life of labor. But as the merchant and his wife had a child Norad's life went into turmoil. His brothers name was Doran, the blood child of his parents, not just a welp found in the streets. As time grew on and his parents cared less and less about and his brother's talents expanded Norad grew bitter and resentful of his brother. Norad left home vowing never to return, Using the skills he had learned as a child he traveled runeterra selling trinkets he found in the remains of the corpses from the battles that never seemed to end, Norad wandered on and on never stopping in one place for long. However as the battles ended and the silence of peace began to ring with the rise of the League of Legends, (Ik this is old lore but I'm 2 lazy to bother looking for the new one It can all be adapted ._.) Narod began to run out of work and dispite his promise was forced to look back to his past. When he returned home, he returned to find the family had left, moved somewhere new entirely as their social class changed as Doran's work became ever greater. The only info Nador could gather was from a old neighborhood friend of his who told him the story of Doran. So close to his origins Nador once again became biter but his view was turned as he heard of what had befallen Doran. As he began to rush off he felt his empty pockets and reality began to weigh down on him. He decided he was not ready to face Doran and Doran's parents. His family. Until he could come back a success.
This idea was inspired by the old shopkeeper and the race. Manbacionian- "He's an infamous race known as Manbacon.
