"Join the glorious dance dance revolution"

A while back I posted a skin idea for an Arcade or "Disco" Viktor skin idea. After looking around I found people had similiar ideas and thought I would share some of the fanart people have made of it! While it may sound like a silly idea at first I think it fits very well. Viktor is a very serious character, and I like that about him, but I feel like he could use a more lighthearted skin. Arcade fits very well with its old school video game type feel due to Viktor being, well, technology based. With all of the arcade skins being themed after certain style of game, I think it would be cool if arcade viktor was themed after a dance dance revolution game, hence the quote at the top.

Q: It could be a pixelated type record disc, that comes out of a record player type device somewhere around his shoulder or resting atop his pimp staff

W: I picture it as a giant dance pad, that when enemies are stunned inside of it it makes them dance.

E: I couldnt think of much than this other than a strobe light type laser.

R: The main ability should be a GRAND DISCO BALL! It flies around shocking people with assorted colors of strobe lights and could even play music while active.

I think a cool touch that could be implemented in this skin would be a rename to the augments. Imagine them being named: Augment: Funk Augment: Groovy Augment: Hip

I think this would be hilarious!

This is an amazing picture by an amazing artist! I think it captures the feel of a arcade themed viktor perfectly. Reminds me of daft punk in a way.

Hi everyone!

@Flay and Pray thanks for linking back to my blog! It means a lot. I'm happy that other people find my drawings interesting! And thank you for making this thread. It's not your first one for Arcade Viktor, am I right? I was also the one who posted that stupid Disco Viktor drawing on one of the earlier threads. You actually inspired me to go through with these drawings, because earlier, I didn't think anyone would like such a skin.

I have to say that I agree with you when it comes to the reasons for this skin. Viktor is a serious character with a lot of depth to him, and exactly because of that, he could use one light-hearted skin. Arcade would come to this spot perfectly, not only because the Machine Herald is a technologically based character, but also because his personality could be compared to a video-gamer, fixed on a goal, with a bit of self-centeredness to him.

Another thing I wanted to ask, since I'll be doing more drawings of this skin, what would you all like to see? Example: the head-phones, go, or no-go? etc.

Great idea! for the E, it could fire a line of those coloured arrows you see in dancing games, and explode with neon lights.

For the q's second fire, it could create a rainbow explosion with a sound effect based on viktor's current augment (funk, groovy, hip) and play a random sound effect for perfect hex core.

I want but sadly the Arcade skins are for the lanes, but I think Viktor could go top and rule up there maybe if so then THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!

RIOT DO THIS SKIN! Q_Q As a Viktor main, I think this is just PERFECT, I love that cool art and the concept itself (I thought some time ago that this kind of skin would be really funny for him, but I'm a lazy ass and I don't have as much skill as to do something so amazing as this the author did xD) and also, poor Viktor is in this situation about skins:

2 skins when he was released (Full Machine and Prototype, being the last one now Legacy)
Creator Viktor (that was done I think long ago enough for Viktor to have a new skin)
