Passive: Pikal gains .5 ap whenever he slays a minion/ Or Pikal gains a small speed buff whenever a ability hits. This unit can walk through minions.

His Q -** Legacy sweep**- A sonic wave of disrupting multi-colored energy arcs in front of Pikal, after a short delay blasting forward and increasing a tad in size. Think an arc shooting at you EVIL PERSON ((=== PAKEL <--- pew. Delay time ( .5, .4, .3, .2 ) Max range about Zed Q range. Size increase at max range (15, 20, 30, 40 ) DMGS (2.5% of max hp scaling to 4%(.05 ap ratio) Plus a flat 40 ( .6 ap ratio) CD ( 8, 7, 5, 4)

His W- Imperial stance - Targets within a distance near pikal are pushed away triggers passive targets who are pushed lose Armour and mr for a short period of time. 10, 20, 30, 40 ( .1 ap) for both. stealing the mr, arm grants Pikal and his allies half the amount of Armour stolen. ( only effective if it pushes an enemy, does not stack with itself or per champion pushed. Pushes about 60% of alistars knockback range. CD ( 22, 20, 18, 15)

** E -Fleur Bloom**. Passive: Applies a stack of color on an opponent when you aa them. According to the amount of stacks the better the effect. ( 5,4,3,2)
Active: Ignite stacks dealing (2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%) (.09 ap ratio) over 4 seconds. 10 sec cd all ranks. If they are 2 stacks cd is 7 seconds all ranks. Instant dmg.

IF HIT BY Q WITH 1 STACK SLOWS SPEED BY ( 30%) if 2 STACKS (60%) IF HIT BY W WITH 1 STACK STUNS FOR (1 second) IF 2 STACKS (2 seconds)

( 3, 4, 5, 6) Cd (140, 110, 90, 80) Pikal releases a ball of energy that sticks to the 1st target making them glow golden, splattering those diagonal to the target making them golden as well. skill shot, ball size about as big as a small minion. Ignores unit collision.
