Oh The hats out of the bag( buff shaco)
I have a long standing passion for playing shaco. He is just so much fun to play and has many build paths. But, after some time messing around I have come to a seldom conclusion, shaco needs some buffs and some tweaking. But before I explain that there has to be something that really defines shacos identity on the Rift. Currently standing shaco is the master at escapes, as well as a champion that just loves to play mind games. He really is a slippery one, not only is that described in his lure but it also is in everything that is shaco. Now there are major problems in his kit. First his dmg, is simply does not scale like rengar or kha zix. His dmg becomes crazy low and once hes counter jngled its over. There should not be this amount of pain that comes in seeing the enemy jarvin 1/3 hp while your at full and just simply dieing. There should however be forms of counter play to shaco, but there should also be dmg scaling on the poor jester.

-->** increase late game scaling ***yes this means decreasing his cooldowns on his E,R --> more dmg scaling (hes all about that early game) --> Not as fragile ( A healthier shaco) --> Decrease time invisible from 3.5 to 2.5 I know I know this is about buffs but comeon he needs some counter play --> Box duration after firing at a target ( now its time to get away) --> hidden passive blind chance on monsters scales wwwaaaayyyyy too low I mean from 20% to 25% at least get to 30% or 35% at max ranks, not saying 20% is a bad starting point. --> last but not least a complete change to his passive would be nice as well --> things that make a UNHEALTHY shaco --> adding any sort of blind to his kit. making him a tank. Increasing slow. Increasing fear.
