Riot does not care if your top laner goes 0-10 and just dies over and over then tells you to kill yourself. Riot cares when you tell the player who told you to kill yourself to fuck off.

All chat bans and bans in genral are always a product of a one sided conversation, never taking into context of the situation at play. So whilst it's perfectly fine for one player to say " Kyll aell fuicking nuggers fuyggit " riot will then ban the player who told the other one to shut the fuck up. Any lane runs it down mid and riot will never ban a player for game play. There are accounts with thousands of games just inting over and over and riot never bans them. Why? Because riot as a core have no idea how to stop toxicity and instead promote it. Their system was coded by a 17 year old undergrad, they never take into context what a player is typing. You could legitimately joke flame a duo friend and riot systems will pick it up because some players sweeping report everyone. There is no end, tell the enemy every game "gonna shoot up a school, and keell everyone then repa all the children" and riot system will not pick it up. Go ahead try it, nothing happens ever. I'm sick of this shit. Fix your fucking game, you have the funds but your greed and want to make more money super succeed player enjoyment. Not to mention how many people kiss riots ass whenever they make a mistake like they are human, no they are not they are a corporation which sole purpose is to garner money off people addicted to their game.
