Debonair or Secret Agent Zac?

I am almost certain he is getting a skin from one of those two lines, the fan support for getting him a damn suit has been way too much for Rito to ignore. Either way, I imagine it will cost more, and have more effects than the other skins in it's line(It'll be the FInal Boss Veigar to their Arcades). At least a 1350 skin, maybe a 1820. Aside from making this just to say that I called it when it releases. I also wanted to ask, which line would you rather see him as a part of/which do you think is more likely?
