Did I miss something or are the older ones not affected by that policy?
Edit: Before I get downvoted to oblivion, I am not complaining, merely asking why a Legendary skin is on sale right now, when Riot clearly said Legendary skins would NEVER go on sale.
From what I see on this sale prediction chart, Legendary skins do not go on sale the same as Ultimates. I browsed the Support articles and couldn't find a detailed report on how the Sales work, but I might be able to find a Red post about it. If I do, I'll edit it in below.
Ultimate skins never go on sale, all other tiers of skins will go on sale. its just Legendary dont go on sale as often as other skins! its been like this for quite some time now!
I think legacy legendaries do, especially since they aren't the same bar as the current ones. Alien Heimer should be a 1350, Legendary skins all come with a VO (except the fiddle skin, which is 975 and has skill icons)
Because its also a legacy, and not commonly accessible.
