Concepts and Creations header background

Quick question - where can I find the image used in the header background for the Concepts and Creations board? It looks like a restaurant scene, focused on Soraka and Kindred sharing a table. Anyone know who the artist is, or if there are more like this piece? It's pretty cool! I really like seeing Champions in normal/slice-of-life settings like this.
