Performance-based Character Dialogue

So, we have some champions with dialogue based on in-game actions, like destroying towers, buying items or scoring a pentakill. We also have dialogue that is specific to interactions with other champions.

It would be cool to include a few lines of dialogue in new and updated champions that reflected both your team's and your individual performance in the game. Kind of a commentary on how things seem to be going from the champion's point of view.

They could comment on things like... -Bringing your score back from a deficit -Having the enemy team catch up from a deficit -Tying the enemy team's score -Having double the enemy team's score -Getting (or not getting) First Blood -Getting way more (or way fewer) kills than anyone else on your team -Complaints/compliments on how the other lanes or jungler are doing -Killing (or getting killed by) a specific enemy several times in a row -Hitting certain numbers of minion kills -Saving a tower or inhibitor that is within 100 damage of being destroyed -Surviving while several teammates are killed nearby -Shutting Down an enemy Champion -Being Shut Down -Staying hidden for a certain amount of time -Returning to base for the first time in a while -Getting a kill while dead (looking at you, Teemo) -Going a long period of time without dying (or without getting a kill) -Getting lots of assists but few kills -Getting a kill though you did the least damage to it -Taking a certain number of heals -Nearby teammate getting executed -Going to a lane for the first time in a while -Dying several times in a short amount of time -Surviving near-death encounters -Reassuring themselves if you seem to be losing -Getting excited when you seem to be winning

Different Champions would comment on different kinds of things, like I could see Draven with lines about his personal performance, while Lux would have positive things to say about team performance, for example. This could be a cool way to add a bit more character to the Champions, by showing how they deal not only with fights, but how the fights go, too.

I know this might seem like a lot of talking, but we already have Champions who speak with almost every move order, so this doesn't seem too excessive.

A few days ago there was a discussion about having certain Champions provide the in-game announcements. This is kind of based on that, but for your own Champion rather than all the players to hear.
