He's from Demacia. But I guess that doesn't matter much huh. What next a Demacian Bard skin? You guys hit it on the nail with the Dragon Slayer Trundle skin, it's dope but this is just stupid but some poor fool is gonna buy it. Y'all just shelling out crap with out even thinking. There's a bunch of cool ideas. Nano Tech Zac or Guardian of the Sands Zac. A Witch skin for LeBlanc. Spaghetti Vel'koz. Panda Volibear for pete's sake. Umm the one fans have been begging for y'all to make for years now Star Guardian Urgot. but seriously for a ten buck skin it's a lazy design and quite frankly stupid and it's on par with Rusty Blitzcrank.

So, just for clarifying, you do understand that most skins are from an entirely different universe than the one the Institute of War resides in right? Even if this wasn't a lore skin, it wouldn't make no sense, because, if all else fails, it could be from a completely different universe where Sylas actually was from the Freljord. That's the case for skin lines like Star Guardian, Guardians of the Sands, Battle Academia, PROJECT, etc. Source of Canon: Pulsefire skin line.
