{Champion Concept} Cece, The Hextech Engineer
Cece's original concept was a tanky support character focusing on defending allies with her shield like (battering ram?) workbench. Most of Cece's kit and concept were scrapped and used for other champions. I have a cool idea for what remains of her concept, Hextech Engineer. However, instead of her workbench being the focus, I'd like to re-imagine her as a sort of battle mage, with her workbench on her back, and wrench in hand.
Passive - Hextech Hind-Guard: Cece takes reduced damage from enemies when attacked from behind, reflecting blocked damage to attackers.
Q - Hex-Blast: Cece charges the hexcore in her workbench, slowing her movement speed, when released she damages and knocks back all enemies in a cone behind her, enemies who collide with terrain take additional damage and are stunned.
W - Hex-Charge: Cece and target ally gain increasingly more movement speed when moving toward each other, charging Cece's Hexcore. At max charges, Hex-Charge can be recast to reset part of the cooldown of her last cast ability or hextech items.
E - Hex-Flight: Cece charges the hexcore in her workbench, slowing her movement speed, when released she jumps forward, swinging her wrench slowing, and damaging enemies in a small area.
R - Hex-crafting: Cece seeks to improve the world around her, with each rank she gains new improvements she can make. Rank I - Hextech Gate [creates passable terrain through jungle walls similar to the gates in between the lanes outlining the base.] Rank II - Hextech Command-post [creates movement speed and damage reduction buff for allies at standing or fallen turrets] Rank III - Hextech Fortress [creates re-enforced terrain around a standing ally turret, allows minions to garrison, becoming untargetable and gaining increased range]
Please take this suggestion seriously, I really feel there's place for a champion focused around permanent map modification, as well as unique hextech interactions.
