Rediculous Wait time. (Bug)

So today I started a draft game, I was first to pick and being top lane I picked a tank. The rest of my team picked marksman, and obviously I had no choice but to dodge or lose. So I dodged, faced my 5 minute wait timer, when it was over I went to start another draft pick. The que wouldn't load properly, and I was kicked before I got the chance to pick my positions. I then tried 5v5, 3v3, Intermediate bots, Beginner bots... Waited a minimum of two minutes for each que before trying the next. Finally I gave up and thought I'd try draft just one last time. To which Riot responded by sending me another dodge timer... so aside from the combined 20 minutes of BS waiting for the server to get done having a fit, I also had to spend another 10 minutes pissing on my own foot just trying to play the game, only to be told I'm getting double punished. To be completely fair, the timer is too long as is, especially when dodging is your only way to escape an idiot who picks a third assassin top, or a marksman jungle when there's already one mid ;-;. Please fix this que issue asap. (And please consider reducing the time to something like 5/10/15 so we don't have to be as badly punished for not wanting to play with idiots.)
