KB Yordle Jungler(s?)

Before I get into it I should start with this: I'm not looking for feedback from the community on how they'd change this or that, or how this doesn't work. Critisism from pros is welcome, flaming from anyone is not. Keep it friendly in the comments please.

Bastian and Kayn, The Twin Yordles: Transformation type jungle champion(s?)

Growing up in Piltover Bastian and Kayne, even from a young age, could be found perusing science expositions. The twin boys were absolutely enthralled with all things magical and mechanical. One day the two were awaken to sounds shouting and cheers echoing through the streets. Jayce, one of the greatest innovators in Piltover was in the town square having returned from his conquest for the arcane crystal. The boys barely threw on coats and shoes before they were headed toward the crowd. Once in, they pushed their way to the front of the masses and stood in awe.

Jayce was holding up a strange device. He went on explaining that Zaunite inventor Viktor had come into Piltover unchecked, and murdered the lab's security. Viktor had stolen the crystal, to use as an energy source, for his terrifying array of machines. He explained how by: defying the Piltover officials warnings, setting out with his Mercury Hammer, and destroying the crystal... He may have saved Piltover and maybe even the world single handed.

Voices erupted from the crowd. "What if Zaun strikes back?" "Will Viktor seek revenge?" "How will we know we're safe?" To which Jayce replied. "Trust me: if we're smart, Piltover can stand strong against any threat. Hey, I'm living proof.''

The boys knew from that day who they would idolize. Though they were not in consensus. Bastion reveled in the thought of Jayce's fame and glory in defeating Viktor. While Kayne saw the theft of the crystal as a major failure on the part of Jayce, and admired Viktor's cunning and ambition. And thus began years of rivalry. Bastion and Kayne sought to prove themselves superior to one another. Through years of academic squabbling they would find themselves at completely different sides of the scientific world.

While Kayne frequented the back allies of Piltover and the black market in Zaun to advance his knowledge, Bastian sought to train under such remarkable innovators as Heimerdinger, Corki and even became an underling of Jayce himself. They became so close that Jayce even gifted him a prototype of the Mercury Hammer know as Mk I or the Mercury Mallet. Upon hearing this news Kayne became enraged, soon seeking apprenticeship from Viktor, becoming acolyte, and finally attain the means to once and for all defeat his brother. As an acolyte he began developing a cannon capable of dispersing an assorted manner of nasty devices.

Kayne hadn't been heard from in years, locked away in Viktor's laboratory, experimenting day in and day out. Bastian had become a promising young inventor and even started his own lab. It was on the day of it's opening that Kayne would emerge from the shadows he'd made his home. He had come to challenge his brother once and for all. Bastian, refused, asking his brother to denounce his master and join him in creating a better life for the people. Kayne attacked, ignoring his brothers pleas. Their feud lasted hours, Kayne unable to harm Bastian, and Bastian unwilling to harm him. Piltover officials were able to detain them. Though Bastian was only acting in retaliation, for how Viktor had corrupt his brother, they both held blame for the destruction they incurred onto the city.

As punishment, they would be summoned to the League Of Legends, and be forced to work together. A sentence that surprisingly didn't bother Kayne, since he had found new appreciation and respect for his brother in their battle. This, coupled with his feelings of superiority to his former master Viktor, made for an easy transition into the League.

Kayne and Bastian (KB) works on a turn style, transformation base, with Kayne acting as a ranged mage, and Bastian acting as a melee based brawler. In my concept the interactions would feel less like Annie and tibbers, and more like a commandable bot, in the sense that you can't actually control their movement at all. (however all item abilities, heal, shields, movement buffs etc. will be shared)

The easiest way I could think to explain the abilities (Q, W, E &R as they would share a passive) is to do them as shown: Example: W/K:

W/B: Now here's the real stuff!

Passive: **I:**Kayne and Bastian get +(10%) of Bonus Attack Damage as Ability Power, and +(10%) of Ability Power as Attack Damage (doesn't stack) II: Kayne does not get a bonus from Attack Damage, Bastian does not apply on spell effects. (Exception: Mana Charge) III: When Kayne or Bastian dies, Brotherly Love will cast, switching control to the other brother. When they revive, if the other is within the base they will auto walk to them, if they are more than 2500 outside of the base they will begin a 10-30 second teleport from the fountain to the other (depends on distance at start of channel)

Q/K:Shock Kayne loads four Shock Bombs into his cannon dealing 50 to 100+(50%) of Ability Power as Magic Damage in an area and stunning all enemies in the area for 0.25 to 0.5 seconds (skill shot, fires upon recast) Q/B:Awe Bastian gains max attack speed for the next four basic attacks, these attacks refund 5%+1 per 50 bonus Attack Damage of his Mana.

W/K:The Best Defense Passive: Kayne's basic attacks apply a 1 to 5% slow on hit for 5 seconds and deal 25 to 50+(20%) of Ability Power as Magic Damage on hit. W/B:The Best Offense Passive: Bastian's basic attacks steal 1 to 5% of the target's health as a shield that blocks 250 to 750 damage.

E/K:Retreat Kayne Calls Bastian to his aid, both gaining Movement speed when moving away from enemies, upon activation Bastian will cast Awe E/B:Advance Bastian dashes a short distance to target location taunting all enemies in the area gaining 5 to 30 bonus armor and magic resist per enemy effected, upon activation Kayne will cast Shock prioritizing champions with the most maximum health.

R:Brotherly Love Passive: When within 1500 of each other the brothers gain 25 to 100 bonus Attack Damage and Ability Power Active: Switch between the two brothers

Now Remember, this is mostly something I just threw the numbers on as I typed it, so I'm really not expecting it to look very pretty on... paper?
