The Best and the Worst
What follows, is a series of buff/nerfs for the bottom 3 and top 3 champions, as of 10/12/17. Why am I making this you ask? Boredom. Also procrastination. Anyway, onto the changes.
The Best:
Soraka, the Starchild Winrate: 54.4% Playrate: 15.6%
Focusing around her ADC, Soraka is doing pretty well in this current meta. While she's doing overly well in the early-game, her win rate drops off significantly after 20 minutes. These changes focus on decreasing her early-game power compensating her with a slightly stronger late-game.
W: Astral Infusion
Must buy CDR: 8/6.5/5/3.5/2 -> 10/8.5/7/5.5/4
Q: Starcall
No running!: 30% slow -> 20/25/30/35/40% slow
Healing over time: Ally heal duration: 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 -> 3.5/4/4.5/5/5.5
Singed, the Mad Chemist Winrate: 54.0% Playrate: 5.2%
Singed's early game damage is a tad bit strong. His winrate spikes at about 18 minutes, but then drops off to a more reasonable level. With that in mind, these changes focus on making Singed's early game power slightly weaker, without harming his ability to proxy-farm.
E: Fling
Fat Champions: Max health damage 6/6.5/7/7.5/8% -> 4/5/6/7/8%
Sejuani, Fury of the North Winrate: 53.8% Playrate: 13.6%
Sejuani's early game is pretty strong, especially for a tank. This is due in part to her fast clears and easy ganks. The idea here is to punish Sejuani more for bad ganks, and reduce her clear speed a tad.
Q: Arctic Assualt
Muh Cooldowns: 13/12.5/12/11.5/11 -> 15/14.5/14/13.5/13
Angry Piggy: Striking a champion with this ability reduces the CD of this ability by 2 seconds
W: Winter's Wrath
Weak Slaps: First swing damage: 20/25/30/35/40 -> 17/22/27/32/37
The Worst (Ignoring Ryze, TK and Eve, because of Ryze's mastery curve, TK due to recent buffs and Eve's shiny and new)
Nunu, the Yeti Rider Winrate: 43.7% Playrate: 1.2%
Remeber when Nunu was strong? I'm trying not to go back to that. However, Nunu's early game is pretty terrible, and his late game is barely better. The changes here are aimed towards increasing his early game pressure without going back to the Nunu counterjungle meta.
W: Blood Boil Willump Smash!: After activating Blood Boil, Nunu's, and only Nunu's, next basic attack will deal 5/10/15/20/25 + (0.25 AP) + (1% bonus health) bonus magic damage Frosty Fist: If the target unit is being slowed by Ice Blast, this attack will freeze them, refreshing the duration of Ice Blasts slow
Lucian, the Purifier Winrate: 45.4% Playrate: 11.2%
In both the mid and bot lane, Lucian is doing poorly. With a comparatively bad midgame and an overall low winrate, Lucian simply isn't able to keep up with other ADCs. So, I've got a few buffs to increase his lane strength, without buffing his E. Or on hit stuff.
Q: Piercing Light
Moar Blue Juice: Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 -> 60
Sharper Guns: Bonus AD scaling: 60/70/80/90/100% -> 65/75/85/95/105%
Galio, the Colossus Winrate: 45.9% Playrate: 7.0%
Galio's winrate curves up nicely as the game goes on, but he's weak early and mid game can prevent him from doing well. Without increasing his power in the LCS, these buffs are aimed at increasing his lane strength.
P: Colossal Smash
Now with 5% more Awesome Punch: AP ratio: 0.40 AP -> 0.45 AP
Q: Winds of War
Woosh: Gust AP ratio: 0.75 AP -> 0.80 AP
2 + 2 + 2: Half second ticks AP ratio: 0.20 AP -> 0.22 AP
