[Champion Concept] Arkshi, the Dark Strike of Evil
I don't know what the F I'm doing here but here is some of my new concepts or ideas for the champion (sorry for my poor English) PS: I don't know how to give numbers for the states such as cd, base damage, ap ad ratio because I don't know how to make a balance assassin kind champion. The champion I made is to op. I didn't give any mana cast, base mana, base health something like that because this is the only the concept of mine creation. (wish riot could help me give some balanced states like all other new champions) ;)

Reasons
- I want to create some new slayer class champions for Yordle
- Show some love to the Bandle City
- Relate to a Yordle champion that I like (not like Riot, Bandle City is literally the only region they didn't fully introduce in the League of Legend universe and destroyed by some band)
role The only thing she remembers is when she was young, she lost in a black forest, but she got raised by a Yordle, she doesn't know who he is, the only thing she knows has he helped her grow up. (He is Veigar before he got completely mad and crazy......)
Gameplay As a slayer, Arkshi is a melee champion doesn't give any mercy to those who hurt her friends and family. She holds two daggers dash to the target finish with swift attack and burst damage.
P Remaining Blade Debuff makes a dagger attache the enemy champion and bleeds deals 8 - 88 (based on level) (+ 30% ap) true damage over 5 seconds.
Darkness Bless If Arkshi basic attacks or uses ability Black Bash Dark Strike or Threat Burst on the enemy champion who has Remaining Blade debuff, Arkshi takes out the blade slows the enemy champion and her next basic attack deal 30 - 150 (based on level) (+ 100bonus ad) bonus physical damage. Darkness Bless can stack up to three.
Q Swiftblade 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 cooldown Skill shot Arkshi throws a dagger that deals 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 60% bonus ad) physical damage passes through the enemy minion. If the dagger hits the enemy champion deal the same amount of physical damage and leaves a Remaining Blade debuff.
W Black Bash 9 cooldown Arashi's next basic attacks dash onto her target in a small range and deal 65/90/115/140/165 (+ 110% bonus ad)
If the enemy champion that hits has Remaining Blade debuff, she grants smell amount of attack speed and her next three attack deal 80/100/120/140/160 (+ 70% bonus ad) bonus physical damage and reset the bleeding debuff. (only the bleeding debuff gets reset and her first basic attack will get passive Darkness Bless buff)
E Dark Strike 18/16/14/12/10 cooldown Skill shot Arkshi dashes forward in a long distance that can pass through any wall and minions stop when hits enemy champion, the skill shot can change the length of distance (like zed w). deals 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 20% bonus ad) (+ 10% bonus ap) physical damage in the start range of the dash, 65/80/95/110/125 (+ 40% bonus ad) (+ 50% ap) physical damage in the middle range of the dash, 120/160/200/240/280 (+ 60% bonus ad) (+ 100% ap) physical damage in the far range of the dash.
If the enemy champion that hits has Remaining Blade debuff deal 50/100/150/200/250 (+ 50% bonus ad) bonus physical damage and reset the bleeding debuff.
R Darkness Blades 100/80/60 cooldown Skill shot Frist Cast: Arkshi throws three daggers in a line that behavior like Swiftblade deals 120/180/220 (+ 60% bonus ad) physical damage that leaves Remaining Blade debuff.
Threat Burst Second Cast: Arkshi slashes in a big area deal 80/105/130 (+ 80% bonus ad) physical damage to surrounding enemies. If the enemy champion that hits has Remaining Blade debuff grant 10% cooldown reduction for all the abilities and reset the bleeding debuff.
I somehow want her R to become an ability that throws dagger(s) for each her Darkness Bless stack but I don't want to change other abilities so I'm just gonna leave like this. This champion is too goddamn op, riot would help me balance I guess.
