Precision Press the Attack Good on everyone Fleet Footwork Good on anyone that builds small to large amounts of AD/AP or even critical strike and wants a little movement speed boost and healing, which is almost every meta champ. Lethal Tempo Solid on anyone that wants to attack/duel hard. Conqueror Haven't tried it, who knows. Guess it's powerful. Domination Electrocute Good for players that just like killing champs and don't enjoy much else. Predator This feels like a joke even on champions you'd think it would be good on. Dark Harvest Confusing rune, why do they even print stuff like this? Sorcery Summon Aery Reliable bonus damage offensively, extra flexibility for being able to have bonus health defensively for allies only. Very interactive. Underrated because it also scales with AD, not just AP. Arcane Comet Reliable bonus damage for crowd control kits, scaling with AD+AP. Phase Rush Reliable disengage for spell flingers. Boring and doesn't fit the meta well. Resolve Grasp of the Undying Allows any ranged champ to be a tank, allows non-AD/AP/critical strike scaling champs access to healing and decent chunk of damage. Aftershock Allows hyper aggressive plays to be made every so often, a little underwhelming but oppressive in certain circumstances, scaling with AP/AD, and health. Guardian Requires an ally to use who doesn't always care which direction you want them to go in. Strong, but too underrated to be viable. Inspiration Unsealed Spellbook Only players that overvalue summoner spells take this. Glacial Augment Kind of boring, not sure if is good anymore because Inspiration is lacking a lot of impactful runes to justify taking it. Kleptomancy This existed in the game a long time before the rune rework happened. Sacrificing a keystone slot for this is the worst decision you can make in this game.
