Warring Kingdoms:Azir /// lack of good skins

Just picked up Azir recently and wow,he is so much fun. I'm a zed main so I'm pretty good mechanically and azir is just a blast to play. He's not particularly strong but regardless I love the champ. So I'd really like to get a skin for him and I was eyeing warring kingdoms azir when it came out but ultimately didn't get it cause I'd need to get the champ too. And, currently, there's only one other azir skin that can remotely compare to Warring Kingdoms Azir; SKT Azir,neither of which are purchaseable. So,riot,why do you make the only two skins that are worth the RP for a champ that has been out nearly 2.5 years now only available during championships and an event that comes once every spring? I'd pay for them any other time but now I won't purchase a skin for him. From an economic standpoint you make money. It makes players happy.
