Can't contribute to discussions in different regions

So I've read a lot of the discussions about the aatrox changes(why would you make a bad champion worse?he used to be viable) and many of them are in other regions and I go to click that little comment button and it pops up "please log in" ok i'll log in. -> goes back to previous page "please log in". Thanks riot, for another wonderful experience. Would you please fix your boards? or explain why we're not allowed to comment on a board from another region that we speak the main language of? If anyone else has some similar feedback or input pls post that or upvote.
