Lissandras Q

So I've played many a game zed vs lissandra, some where the lissandra was terrible and some where they are really, really good. I think her kit is fine, except for her stupid q, such a stupid q. If the ability changed with levels, that would be fine, dodging her q lategame is, for me with boots or my w(when it doesnt have an insane cooldown) is completely feasible and relies on me not messing up. The problem with her q is early game, it has insane range, it's very wide and gets wider at the end, moves really fast, and goes through everything. Now if I'm against a good lissandra(which I won't know till 4-5 minutes) I can get boots and sacrifice better items early all the while I've been trying to dodge her q early and failing half the time because it is WAY too fast and missing out on cs because ranged aa poke with her q and thunderlords is just cancerous to melee champions. I get it riot, she has to be able to put pressure, but when I cannot dodge her q even though I'm near the end of its range and I respond fairly fast, there's a problem. Yeah it's not a good matchup in lane, I have to use my q for farming mostly because of her range and even when I do poke her with it which is really often it barely scratches her. But I'm also playing one of the most mobile champions in the game and having a very difficult time dodging a straight skillshot. Personally, I really think this ability needs changed, I can play around the spreading out at the end, the stupid range, the speed, and the damage. If it was not all of those things, I would have a chance at outplaying my opponent enough to actually keep up my farm early without a gank. I'd recommend people play this matchup or just against lissandra,tell me what you think.
