Champion Gameplay Concept: A Champion Whose Skills Change Depending On What Items Were Brought
Passive: Legendary Items alter the skills and abilities of this champion.
Examples:
**Infinity Edge **allows their damaging abilities the chance to critically strike Rabadon increases the AP ratio of skills by + .35 **Stakkik Shiv **procs the Stakkik Shiv effect every 4th spell cast Sunfire Cape grants vision to invisible units hit by its damage **Face of the Mountain **gives you a small shield when using a defensive ability Zz'Rot's Portal lets you spawn 1 Zz'rot minion every 6th minion kill

I was thinking that the passive should ignore certain item passives and actives for balancing. I think it should be a stance character like Elise/Jayce/Nidalee for having a variety of skills.
spells do 4% current health of enemies in physical damage
after getting 100 stacks your next spell will deal extra damage and slowing target
spells reduce target(s)'s magic resist by 10
spells give spellshield that soaks up to 200 magic damage
same as stattik but doing magic damage and scaling with 5%ap
spells convert 1.5% of your current mana into physical damage
spells reduce targets attack speed by 7.5%
